Small Business Owners: How's AI Working (or Not) for You?

I'm interested in doing some "user research" to hear from the community on how AI fits into the small business landscape. Some SMB owners I talked to felt like "AI is a cool novelty, but it's not transformative". Curious how people here feel about AI, thanks. How are you using (or have used) AI in your business? Seen any ROI boosts? Hit any roadblocks or adoption challenges? What do you wish AI could do for your biz that it doesn't currently? (besides run everything lol)

How's the fast.ai Introduction to Machine Learning for Coders! Course?

It doesnt seem like the usual Machine Learning courses as it there are only two topics : Random forests and Gradient descent in which the whole course is covered. There are many topics missing like Clustering , other classification models.

For the better or the worse, how's AI impacted your business? Have you been able to automate anything you used to spend tons of hours in your day to day operations?
