Im starting a small business for AI agents to automate accounts recievables

I'm starting a small business to automate accounts receivables. we are trying to figure out our best ICP we were looking at food and bev, logistics, suppliers, but also b2b lenders.

Any one have a good idea on how to narrow down your ICP. Should we focus on SMBs with shorter sales cycles or try to lean on lenders which we already have couple?
