Question: What are some ways you have successfully gone to market for an AI Saas product? Any great (not good, but great) resources?

Background: I have little sense of what is the most effective use of my time as I am feeling spread too thin.

Creating a startup is not dissimilar to my job (identify problems, design tech based solutions, and roll out to 40,000 employees); however… I’ve never worked on a project where people a) pay for these solutions b) choices in what solutions they go with.
