Great episode, Michael. I found it particularly interesting the work you’re doing with Harvard. Though not part of your regular flow, I’d love to hear more in an episode around this use case, as I feel it has a lot of potential. Sentiment analysis (simplistic form) for your use case re: transcripts, but others as well and if we can learn about our language patterns… perhaps it can spot bias more quickly among people, etc.
