Whisper transcription on Android for SMB use- possible?

Anyone know of any Android STT transcription apps that use the OpenAI Whisper API, that we can just plug our API keys into?

Really all I want is a nice GUI that allows me to speak to my phone, call the Whisper API to transcribe the recorded file, and then output the transcription in copy-able text.

A note on the chatgpt app: I understand that the official chatgpt app uses Whisper, but anyone who's attempted to use it for transcription purposes will know it often fails on longer recordings (nb. anything over 5 minutes). It certainly can't handle a whole meeting transcription or highly detailed, long-form spoken prompts like the real API can.
