Coding has already been automated, and the reality is that more and more people will be able to write millions of lines of code effortlessly, not just a few thousand. A smart person will recognize where things are headed and embrace AI instead of sticking their head in the sand and hoping for the best. The next evolution in vibe coding is debugging through vibe code itself, and if a clever prompt can achieve that with agentic engineering, then a more advanced LLM—like DeepSeek R2 in the near future—will almost certainly handle the debugging aspect of vibe coding as well.

Please provide your unbiased opinion on careers (data analyst, data scientist) as the AI is evolving exponentially and I've heard news that some data analysts are being laid off. I have created several end to end projects but I'm still not able to get a job, is it still worth studying if we talk about the future 5 years from now?

It's concerning to see influencers with limited expertise creating content around GenAI and Vibe Coding. They often make exaggerated claims, such as building complex AI systems in a matter of hours, solely to promote their products and garner views. In reality, professional-grade tools like Cursor IDE require experienced developers who can harness their capabilities effectively.

AI's coding skills are getting better by the day. While human supervision and top-level planning are still important, the days of giving too much importance to manual coding are almost over. It's time we start focusing more on guiding, verifying, and architecting around AI capabilities. The future is all about using AI as the main tool for implementation.
