An architecture company that builds hospitals, villas, and towers. They want to integrate AI/ML into their workflow to automate processes and improve efficiency they don't have a specific area to automate but they want to follow the wave and add ai.I’m looking for suggestions on AI models/ agents or tools that can help automate the processes:

What AI/ML models would you recommend ?

Are there any existing tools or frameworks ( generative 3d design from 2d, 3d rendring, NLP, predictive analytics) that I should explore?

Do you have examples of how AI has been successfully applied in architecture or construction?
