Want to start an AI Agency… Lost.

Hey guys,

Will keep it super short and simple. Have identified a huge gap in the market around me - helping SMB utilize different AI tools in their workflow.

I have a full business plan together, but don’t really know how to get started past that. Will probably need a website and registered business, but besides that, sort of lost. Just start smiling and dialing for sales?
