Just saw a reddit post reaction where a "nocode" chatgpt developer accepted that his AI-created python project became a COMPLETE mess after reaching a certain size. AI could not understand this code at all and did far more damage than improvements. AI is good for scripts, but NOT A SMIDGE OF GOOD for developing full fledged complex apps.
All this "AI will replace coders" must end. PLS PLS PLS.
Stefan, you miss the mark on this. I am not sure if you are an experienced developer or not but your take on AI sounds like you're not.
Cry harder I say ! Boilerplate / boring repeating tasks? co-pilot on , need to really learn something ? Turn it off ! Knowing when to use it and when not can really boost your productivity and your skills
outsourcing your learning is very very different than using APIs and frameworks
What about AI tools making coders dumb on the long run?
