Validating a need (I will not promote)

Lets pause for a moment and see how things actually get along in software development companies.

Product Manager comes with a groundbreaking idea, discusses with the team, team finds it interesting and ultimately the lead is assigned to take charge and implement.

The problem here is, in most of the brainstorming sessions no developer actually takes part.

It all comes to the Project Manager's understanding and expertise to plan out a roadmap and come with a to-do plan.

In most of the cases it takes weeks of effort to successfully craft a PRD (Product Requirement Document) and plan respective sprint. That too involves multiple to-and -fro effort to come to a conclusion.

What if there existed some tool which could reduce this friction and bring in desired result within minutes?

What I'm saying is, in a brainstorming session, there are multiple banger ideas which go unnoticed. What if we had some AI tool which could comprehend all such missed points to craft an exhaustive roadmap?

Is it even worth solving for?
