Using AI to automate business tasks

I’m developing a product that enables non-programmers to use AI to automate their daily tasks (or use it to do things they currently cannot do). I believe that enabling AI technologies for everyone should be quite helpful and I am looking for some specific use-cases so I can focus on some real pain-points that will help folks out.
