thoughts on this as an offering?

Hey! I've been thinking about this as service business idea for some time. Would love to know your thoughts:

Most businesses want to implement AI into their business. A lot of businesses don't have the resources or capacity or time to:

• understand how AI can benefit their specific business
• research what software and tools can best benefit their business
• implement AI into their business workflows

I'm thinking of starting an "AI Research" agency where I do the 3 above points for different businesses.

Would love to know what your feedback is on this as an offering and what type of business owners you think would benefit from this in the first instance?
