Starting a new consultancy focused on helping small companies become more digital with their recruitment practices.
I am based in the UK. Approaching 20 years' recruitment experience in agency and in house. I know what good looks like.
Currently I am head of talent and have helped my company increase headcount by over 200% in 3 years in a very cost effective way.
I am considering starting my own consultancy business focused on small companies who may have no in-house recruitment teams.
The objective is to create the infrastructure for them to be able to grow and be self sufficient thus reducing agency spend and enabling them to become more digital.
For example:
Building online presence/careers page Implementing a new ATS Developing an EVP Introducing more data driven decision making Competitor mapping Standardising process Question banks Glassdoor elevation Streamlining ED&I Interview training Using AI practically GDPR The list goes on...
Do you think there is an appetite for this sort of thing with companies less than 100?
By digitilising the process, it will enhance compliance processes, save time and money.
