Should I start an AI no-code agency?
This past year I learned no-code to develop a SaaS called AIrMedia.
Here's what happened:
-
Developed our platform no-code on Bubble
-
Realised for our exact use-case we needed custom-code
-
Redevelop an hybrid version with custom-code with my partner
While doing some marketing to grow our waitlist to 300+ companies, I had to get some cash to be able to sustain both the company and rent. I thought why not selling my no-code skills and I secured 2 clients. For both, the use-case was similar: they have an idea on how to leverage AI to simplify their exact use-case (AI for farmers, AI Marketplace).
Finished the first platform in a week and the second in 2 weeks.
Now I have a few more projects in the pipeline while I only intended to have 1 client initially. AirMedia comes first with no doubt but I'm wondering if I should start vetting some developers and properly develop this activity while overviewing the projects and reinvest what's left on the main company. It seems like there's strong demand of individuals wanting to get their idea built quickly - could position it to build AI apps in 2 weeks and start marketing the services.
What would you do?
Also if some talented no-code (preferably Bubble) developers see this - feel free to comment
Same for people looking to get their idea built.
