POS system with inventory tracking and ordering?

I work for a small business and want to open my own eventually, however I like automation. Im not sure if this is the best place to ask about this but i was wondering if there was a POS system (either a mass produced one or one that i kind of have to buy and setup myself with 0 support from a brand) that supports sales, inventory tracking AND automatic ordering using possibly AI or any other method to call or to navigate a website to place orders when the stock of certain items are low?

Essentially i would want it to work like this:
Customer buys an item
that item stock is now <10
system automatically adds item to an "need to order list"
every 3 days the system takes that list with my preferred supplier and either navigates the website to place the order or calls and uses voice to talk and speech to text or AI to talk to rep to place the order for me.

IDK if that is possible or anything but as someone who loves automation i think it would be awesome to have something like that if there is something out there like that.
