Optimizing your business with AI

Everyone's talking about it...it can be a threatening or it can be an advantage, but either way, if you don't anticipate it, you're going to be left in the dust.

I opened my sports management business nearly 2 years ago and things have been going really well. The clientele is growing, the revenue and projects are doubling every quarter, and headcount is tripling this year. That being said...as the owner and founder of the business, I'm looking for resources to learn more about streamlining operations and admin. I believe that understanding capabilities, the lynch pins, the applications, and the tools to unleash AI are going to be instrumental to how i grow the business to scale...does anyone have any knowledge or nudges about where I can dig into this? Traditional educational courses? Resources or AI integration businesses? Consultants? Thanks in advance for any and all your suggestions!
