Imaging having your receipts in one place and categorization is automated, ready to be sent out to your accountant for tax purposes? This can be used by small businesses, personal or even students.

I think you should start with stating what is the market you are after. Every country is different. Where I live a lot of the receipts is already electronic and taxes are mostly filed by an employer. Banks also provide breakdown of spent categories. That is not to say there is nothing there to improve but just pointing the obvious that every market is different.
If you do expense categorization using a bank statement (instead of receipts) you can sell this to attorneys to use in their family law cases.
