I'm working on an AI Agent and want to integrate *outbound* telephone call capabilities and would love to hear your insights and experiences here.
In short, I want my agent to be able to make phone calls and send SMS.
What technologies or APIs are you using to enable your AI to make phone calls or send SMS?
Have you encountered any challenges?
Twilio seems like the best option right now - Is there anything i'm missing... I thought there would be more options?
