Impact of AI on business valuation?

I see many businesses thinking and experimenting with how AI can help improve their business processes. I seem to find far fewer thinking about how AI could impact or even demolish their actual product.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot as (thankfully?) I sold my 15 year old business last year. We have teams of specialists that create digital content in narrow but very high value topic areas. Our value has been the ability of our team of experts to distill and explain the impact of the topic. Now, just a few months later, we’ve shown how three specialist AI systems can basically do the same for near zero cost. Our business and model is highly threatened.

Anyone else worried about AI on their product, and thereby the value of their business, and perhaps even looking at exiting while the value is high? And yes, I do expect AI will also create new opportunities to create value. Already thinking of ideas…!
