I wanted to share how I’ve been improving my email outreach over the past few months. Finding the right leads for outreach can be challenging, especially when you’re working with a specific niche. Early on, I was using a tool that provided leads, but I quickly realized that many of the leads weren’t really a good fit for what I offer. While it gave me a lot of contacts, they weren’t always in the right industry or at the right job level.

To solve this, I started using a combination of tools: WarpLeads to export unlimited leads and Apollo for more targeted searches. By using Apollo, I was able to focus on the specific roles and industries that were more likely to convert into customers. After I had the leads, I made sure to verify their emails with Reoon, which helped clean up the list and improved my email deliverability.

Since making these changes, my email engagement has gone up, and I’ve closed 3 new deals that I wouldn’t have landed without a more targeted approach. It's been a huge improvement overall.
