How are you using AI for your SMB?

Hey fellow small business owners!

I'm curious to know how you would use ChatGPT or other AI tools to improve your business and your operations.

I recently built a marketing AI tool for small marketing teams and small business owners to create content fast and for a lot of channels (FB, IG, LinkedIn, emails, and etc.) The tool is doing well now and I am curious about how else AI can help SMB folks up level their operations and drive revenue.

One particular idea I am exploring is how SMB operators can leverage AI to ramp up their pre-sale process, providing stellar customer success, and nurture existing customers/leads. So I'd love to learn more about how other SMB owners talk to customers! How often do you talk to your customers? What tools are you using? Are you using AI?
