Growing an AI startup

Hi everyone!

I'm currently navigating the waters of building out an AI startup, specifically one that leverages the LLMS to enhance business operations—our platform, Invisioned, aims to customize AI solutions for businesses looking to innovate their processes. We have Agents for various use cases and our own proprietary data.

Given the complexity and fast-paced nature of AI technologies, I'm grappling with several challenges, particularly around scaling effectively since it’s subscription based.

How did you get your first subscriber?
