Getting datasets to train AI to find a business opportunity and develop growth strategy

Listened to a podcast about training AI on competitive, consumer and market datasets to find the right segments for business opportunities.

One example they used was feeding it case studies of companies that have become unicorns - building out their marketing and sales strategies so the AI can find 'rules'.

I'm launching a telehealth clinic but I want to develop the optimal strategy for the right first customer segment, how we evolve as a platform (e.g. become more like gymshark or more health orientated) and what the marketing strategy should be. Therefore, I need a bunch of datasets such as consumer demographics and awareness, competitive offering and performance and growth lessons from benchmark companies and their strategies.

How could I find such data sets? How could I put this together? Is there a scrappy version I could put together through scraping? I'm wary of feeding it shit data and getting shit back so would love some guidance.
