I’m working on a SaaS platform idea tailored for digital marketing agencies, and I’d love your input.

The Concept:

We’re developing a platform that combines automation tools with AI-powered chatbots. Here’s how it works:

• Automation Tools:Our platform offers tools (automation tools similar to zapier)to help agencies manage tasks like scheduling social media posts, running ad campaigns, and handling customer inquiries.

• AI Chatbot #1:This chatbot is trained on the agency’s data, helping them manage clients more efficiently by automating responses and streamlining internal processes.

• AI Chatbot #2: Agencies can offer this chatbot to their clients (businesses). It’s trained on the specific needs of the client’s business, enhancing their customer interactions. The key idea is that the agency can brand this chatbot as their own.

My questions are:-
