Failed at my previous attempt, building deepshorts now

I quit my job last year, and was working on an idea which used to help people to form positive habits, and one of the habits was of reading. We got around 2000+ paid users but later felt difficulty in scaling. Later we pivoted the idea to and started exploring how book reading can be made fun. But in the process we realised that by enriching a book with graphics and other interacting elements it would become more interested and hence started exploring the possibility of enriching books with AI.

Built multiple MVPs, shared it with relevant audiences, collected feedback. Did this process multiple times and concluded on deepshorts. I would love to hear your feedbacks. You can checkout the product at thedeepshorts.com
