Exploring Manufacturing Automation & IoT Services: Demand Check

Hey everyone!

I run a tech consulting business and I'm looking to branch out into helping smaller manufacturers automate their processes and implement IoT/AI solutions. I just wrapped up a cool project with my buddy who owns a food manufacturing company - we managed to streamline a bunch of his micro processes and the results were pretty impressive!

Now I'm curious - is this something other manufacturing businesses actually need? Would love to hear from folks who've either hired someone for this kind of work or provided these services themselves. Any insights on whether there's real demand out there?
