Hey, folks! I operate a small business specializing in preparing dancers for competitions. As our business has grown recently, managing orders and client communications has become increasingly challenging. Initially, we considered hiring a social manager to handle these tasks manually. However, we opted for a more innovative approach. We set up an AI chatbot to automatically gather all information from our clients regarding the services they want to receive and send it to our management system. This automation was extremely convenient for us.
