Consistency problem? I will not promote

I am struggling with being consistent. I know that as a startup founder, I am supposed to do a few things everyday and that's when compounding effect will kick in. However, everyday, I am missing few important tasks. These tasks are like posting on twitter or reaching out to 5 new people on linkedin.

How do you guys manage it?

I am not looking for ai tools suggestions to automate these as I won't learn anything in the process if I rely on such tools.
