Best no-code tools for prototyping AI

building a b2b aI powered saas which will tap into an API and then use RAG. I’m searching for a co founder but an accelerator is interested in my project and I’d like to have a small prototype to show them. I’d also like to develop a small free version that can run on my site for customers to use.

I’ve been looking at bubble but would appreciate any suggestions (especially free) that’s good for a non-techie (who actually enjoys building things and learning too hehe)
