Automation use cases for small businesses

I recently started an AI automation agency with a few friends as a side hustle to escape the corporate matrix. We target small businesses that don't necessarily have the resources to implement AI themselves, and we've successfully closed a few clients without a ton of effort. We think there is huge opportunity here but we are struggling with identifying which industries are most in need of automation, and beyond that what are the use cases for these small businesses. If anybody can share any specific use cases they have seen or problems they have that can be solved by automation it would be much appreciated!
