As a Business Owner, what are your technology challenges?
Premise:
I've spent way too long in IT (as a developer) and worked primarily with technical clients for past 17+ years.
I am a bit in a bubble.
Lately I've been considering pivoting from freelancing into a different kind of business and need some feedback from SMB community.
So I would like to hear from non-technical business owners.
If you consider yourself non-technical owner
what are some challenges you face with modern day technology (including AI, social media, digital advertising)?
For example (some areas non-technical owners have challenges),
👉 digital marketing, social media, content, etc?
👉 Or more in terms of operations, inventory tracking, customer management is manual?
👉 /Or does it feel like you have a lot of manual tasks that should have been automated, but you just don't know how or don't know if possible?
👉 Perhaps you're using frankenstein-system of documents, email attachments, spreadsheets, written notes that lack organization?
👉 Or you're not marketing your business online?
Obviously solution would have a price tag, but if it reduces overhead costs or increase ROI, why wouldn't you?
Some ideas, but feel free to throw in more. I have not figured out my current offer nor service, just doing my market research.
Thank you for feedback 🙏
