AI Courses for Business Leaders

I’m been spending a last few months learning the fundamentals of AI through blog post, podcast and did online short course on intro to AI from IBM and Coursera. And looking to take the “next step” either through a certification program (I don’t care about the cert - but more so learning opportunity) offered through MIT, Penn, etc…they seem like a money grab and not confident I will get what I am looking for through them. Are there better options? Willing to spend money, open to learning online/hybrid through a structured curriculum or patch-work solution online —- just need insight on a path forward.

I’m not looking to pivot, but rather learn about the technology, seek opportunities to incorporate elements of it into our organization - and for also, I’m genuinely interested in its potential - from an application/deployment/business perspective.

I’m 40yrs, senior leader focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship in emerging economies - pretty tech savvy (though not from a CS background) and looking for a new learning opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and leverage it to our organization’s mission.
