(Academic) AI Readiness Survey for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB's) in Food and Beverage Industry. (Everyone 18+, Growing & Managing Small Business in Food and Beverage Industry, Canadian market)

Hi everyone! 👋 I'm conducting a research study on how AI-driven automation and hyper-personalization can enhance customer-centric innovation for small bakeries and food businesses. This survey will help understand and assess the awareness, key challenges, opportunities, and ethical concerns surrounding AI adoption among SMBs in the food and beverage industry. The results will help tailor AI adoption strategies, resources, and training programs. This survey will take about 10-15 minutes, and your responses will remain confidential. This study is also approved by Research Ethics Board (REB) #2024-70.
