5 Ways to Start an AI Agency in 2025

Here's my success story in the Voice AI space as a non-technical person. I hope it inspires you all!

1. I dedicated about 1,5 months to learning VAPI etc.
2. I created two YouTube videos sharing my knowledge.
3. Those videos brought in around 10-15 clients.
4. I teamed up with two software developers.
5. Now, we're working on several major projects and receiving referrals from our initial clients.

This is literally how easy it is! There is huge demand in Voice AI solutions!

One of my biggest set backs have been that I don't focus on just one thing. I've spent the last 2.5 years learning anything I could get my brain to latch onto, while figuring out what it is I'm actually trying to do. Whether it was business strategies, marketing, Ai, automation, building websites etc. And I'm still learning. But, this has been very helpful. Thank you.

If I start my own AI agency now, And it would take 45-60 days to learn everything regarding this, can i make good amount of money in this? Or is it saturated now?

Good stuff bro. Agree with above. For example, we've decided to niche down to Chatbots, and it seems like pretty much any business needs it replacing the old crappy chatbots with hardcoded flow. There are few ways to make it way more efficient with AI nowadays.
