30K MRR from a huge barbershop - 100 automated lost meaning

So in the past 2 years I have developed a sort of a beauty hub in Transylvania where I have about 30-35 people working every day.

I am not a programmer but I have some skills in a few NO CODE platforms and managed to develop the entire system 100% automated and for a very low cost. When I say 100% automated I mean that I rarely even show up there and things work perfectly.I had a big dream in this industry but along the way I lost interest and decided 6 months ago that this is it. I will no longer do anything that is not necessary and pivot to other industryThe

AI era popped up. The problem with me is that I just can't do meaningless stuff like most of the products out there. Tried a couple of things but lots interest very fast. For example I was able to build a sort of a kids app where I generated stories based on parents input where the kid was the super hero in 3 days. Lost interest even faster.

I am in a confort zone producing good cash with zero effort. This is a dangerous area since I do not have the ability to scale so I can grow, simply because I decided I want to do something else.

I would really like to use my time in something meaningful, creating something that would really help people or businesses.What are you guys building? Did you ever feel this way after you scaled or sold your business?
